[origin: EP0796788A2] The device has a folder element, which is moved against the flap and against a resistance. The folder element (5) is driven in two directions (8,9), at right angles to each other, by a drive mechanism (16) with cam plate (17). A holder element (11) with straight folding edge (12) is moved against the fold line (10) of the flap (2). The folder element is rigidly connected to a slide (30). A cam roller (31) is turnably connected to the slide, and the roller moves along the curve (32) of the cam plate.
