[origin: EP0796967A1] The bar is moved by a thrust core, the bolt being coupled to it. The bar is secured in the locked position by a spring-loaded locking member released by the key. The member (25) fits on a slide (19) mounted on the tail (18) of the bolt (1), and which is moved with the latter. It is thrust backwards on the tail by operation of the key in the locked position. The slide can lock on to the tail in the open position, being lifted free by the locking member on a lock cylinder. A locking component (20) can slide at right angles to the direction of slide movement. The member (25) can travel in a straight line in the slide (19).
