A precompression delivery valve (14) is mounted in the delivery conduit of the device. To facilitate device priming, the piston (19) is provided with a prolongation (62) which acts on and deforms said valve (14) in such a manner as to open an escape path for the air compressed by the piston (19). <IMAGE>
