Abstract (en)
The invention concerns a light-guiding metal structure in the form of a rolled product which is provided with at least one structured surface by means of a rolling process. The structured surface is a rib pattern which extends in the direction of rolling and has a tooth-shaped cross section. The tooth-shaped cross section forms a periodic structure in the form of a row of adjacent triangles, the bases of these triangles following one another. The one lateral side of any triangle projects at an angle alpha from the base ab and the other lateral side projects at an angle beta , and the base of each triangle has a length l, alpha being an angle of between 5 and 60 DEG , beta being an angle of between 10 and 90 DEG , and the length l being between 0.01 mm and 10 mm.

Lichtlenkende Struktur aus Metall in Form eines Walzproduktes, wobei das Walzprodukt durch einen Walzprozess wenigstens einer strukturierte Oberfläche enthält. Die strukturierte Oberfläche ist ein in Walzrichtung laufendes Rippenmuster und das Rippenmuster weist einen zahnförmigen Querschnitt auf. Der zahnförmige Querschnitt stellt eine periodische Struktur in Form einer Aneinanderreihung von Dreiecken dar und die Basen dieser Dreiecke folgen einander. Der eine Schenkel jeden Dreieckes ragen in einem Winkel α und der andere Schenkel in einem Winkel β von der Basis ab und die Basis jeden Dreieckes weist eine Länge ℓ auf, wobei α ein Winkel von 5 bis 80°, β ein Winkel von 10 bis 90° ist und die Länge ℓ 0,01 mm bis 10 mm beträgt. <IMAGE>
