Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0799704A2] The lock enables the connection of the ink connection line between an ink print head to the cartridge with a hollow needle (4) via a rubber elastic closure. A hermetically closable cover device (2) inside the cartridge (1) for the needle plug-in region is irreversibly activated by the inserted needle. The covering device consists essentially of an axially sprung movable and lockable sleeve (21) contg. a rotatable, spring-mounted rocker (22). A connector (112) is formed inside on the front wall (11) of the cartridge.
