Abstract (en)
The connector has metallic contact rods (1) with right-angle bends which are embedded in electrical insulation (2) which is screened (3) by superimposed metallic blocks (4a,4b) with right-angled channels (5a-5c,6a-6c) in their contiguous plane faces. The channels are shaped so that the screening is broken in regions (7a,7b) where the insulation is contacted, without creating any empty space therein. The screening surrounds the insulation completely in a straight part of each bend formed by the channels. Portions (9a,9b,10a,10b) between two contact rods are separated by a cavity ((12a,12b) extending throughout their length and open at both ends.

Le connecteur comprend une série de tiges de contact métallique (1) espacées et coudées, noyées dans une matière électriquement isolante (2) qui est elle-même entourée par un blindage métallique (3). La matière électriquement isolante (2) est surmoulée autour des tiges de contact (1), le blindage (3) est constitué par deux blocs métalliques (4a) superposés comportant sur leurs faces en contact des canaux coudés (5a, 5b, 5c) recevant les tiges de contact (1) entourées par la matière électriquement isolante (2), ces canaux étant conformés de telle sorte que le blindage (3) soit interrompu dans une partie rectiligne du coude formé par les canaux, cette interruption de blindage mettant en contact la matière isolante (2) entourant les tiges de contact, sans créer aucun espace vide dans les zones (7a, 7b) où le blindage est interrompu. <IMAGE>
