[origin: EP0800848A2] The horizontal bar axis (6) at its end (7) is rotatably located around a bearing pin (8) in a horizontal plane. The swing body (1) has a running wheel (5). The bar axis connected to the swing body is made of rotary-elastic material or rotary-elastic components and accommodates movements of the swing body and at the same time through a driver (10) located in the swing body transmits the force from a movement direction to the running wheel. The bar axis in the centre of the circulating surface (9) is horizontally pivotably connected at right-angles to its longitudinal axis by bearing components (8). The rotary-elastic bar axis also forms the axis of the running wheel and the foot rests (31,32).
