Abstract (en)
The dispersal system has a hollow body (3) through which the air-powder mixture (16) is fed in the axial spray direction, with a pressurised control air stream (6) directed on to the mixture tangentially at one or more points. The air/powder mixture is subjected to both axial and tangential pulsations for divergence of the mixture to form a wide powder cloud (15). Nozzles of several shapes and bores are shown, with HV electrode 14.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Einrichtung zur Formung der aus einer Pulversprüheinrichtung austretenden Pulverwolke (15). Um auch große Pulverwolken (15) und eine gute elektrostatische Aufladung zu erzielen, wird vorgeschlagen, einen in axialer Sprührichtung eine Dispergiereinrichtung (1) durchströmenden Pulver/Luftstrom (16) in tangentialer Richtung mit einer Steuerluft 6 anzuströmen. Es wird eine schraubenförmig beschleunigte Bewegung des Pulver/Luftstrom(16) in Richtung eines Auslasses (12) erzielt. <IMAGE>
