[origin: EP0800876A2] The radial positions of individual straightening groups of the unit (7) are adjustable on a remote-control basis by a positioning device (10) which incorporates at least one positioning unit (20). The positioning unit can be transferred from a first passive position in which it is uncoupled from the straightening units into a second active position in which it is engagement with at least one straightening unit for its adjustment. An operating console for remote operation and control of the positioning device is provided. The straightening units are automatically adjustable in their position by the control device.
