[origin: EP0801024A2] The device allows cartons to be fed to and from the warehouse storage locations via a lifting device with a load platform (1) and a telescopic device (3) with a frame (5) supporting a number of telescopic sections and pivoted grippers (4). The carrier frame has a drive (13) for direct displacement of an upper table (6) via a pair of tension elements (15,17) passed around pulley wheels (16a) and indirect displacement of a middle table (7) via further tension elements (18a,18b;23a,23b). A lower table has pairs of rollers displaced along guide rails attached to the middle table.
