The device is composed of several triangular prisms rotating simultaneously at regular intervals and cyclically changing their rotational direction by +/- 120 DEG , +/- 240 DEG or +/- 360 DEG . The posters are prepared by manual or automatic means in a workshop, and are restored and then cut into display strips. They can be changed by manual or automatic means. The frame profile cover (14) is removed, releasing the strips (16), together with the poster strips (10), from the springs (20), and then from the triangular prisms (13), enabling the poster strips (10) to be changed and repositioned. Linear shifting of the bar (21) rotates the triangular prisms (13). The flexible strips (22) provided on the bar (22) transform the linear movement thereof into a rotational movement of the cylinders (23). Another embodiment provides a rack (42) driving several toothed wheels (43). The device is suitable for displaying various posters and signs, and in particular advertizing posters which often need to be changed.
