Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0802047A1] The method involves engraving a template pattern hole structure in a template pattern region (2) of a template base body to form a template pattern (3). Several uniform reference hole structures (4) with different degrees of transmissivity are laser engraved into the template base body outside the template pattern region. The degree of transmissivity of each reference hole structure is compared with each of several desired degrees of transmissivity and the structures are newly engraved depending on the deviations so that deviations are reduced. The process is performed stepwise at least once.
