Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0802132A1] The device has a ratchet (3, which is pivoted in a main body (2), and carries only one clothes hanger by its hook (20). A projecting shoulder pivots the ratchet and opens the conveyor pocket. The pivot axis (7) of the ratchet is located behind the contact point (15) of the hook on the ratchet, when seen in direction of transportation (T), or behind the centre of gravity of the ratchet. The main body is U-shaped in the section (5), where it supports the hook, and both its legs (2a,b) project vertically downwards.
