The device includes a movable knife (12), whereby the blade (13) of the knife is arranged underneath the product path (3) in a space between the product path and a pressure roll (4) in a slight distance to a crack (5) formed by the pressure roll and a cylinder (1). The knife is provided with an activation device which includes at least one pulse exchange device (11). The pulse exchange device is preferably a mechanical pulse generator (26, 27), where the pulse transmission results through a push body mass.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Abschlagen einer laufenden Warenbahn bei hohen Bahngeschwindigkeiten mit einem beweglichen Abschlagmesser. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Abschlagmesser (12) eine Betätigungsvorrichtung zugeordnet ist, die wenigstens eine Impulsaustauschvorrichtung (11) umfaßt. <IMAGE>
