[origin: FR2728883A1] The device comprises a cabin (1), with a door (2) folding externally to open. The cabin moves vertically from a low level as far as a cage (3), at the top level. The cage has a guard body (4), closed by a normally locked door (5). This opens towards the cabin exterior on a hinge on the same side as the cabin door. The cabin door automatically unlocks when the cabin arrives at the lower or upper levels correctly. Cabin movement is prevented at top, if the door is not closed and at bottom if not closed and manually locked. Doors are locked between levels. The locking and inhibiting is passive and mechanical. The locking arm (8) may rotate around a cabin axis.
