[origin: DE19615822C1] A laundry dryer has a rotating drum which is additionally guided by means of rollers (15) in the area of its loading side. The rollers (15) rest on the drum surface and are mounted on a housing part encasing the loading opening by means of bearing axes. The bearing axis consists of a hollow axis (20) with a C-shaped cross section. An oil-impregnated felt block (40) is inserted into the axis (20) in the bearing bore (17) section. The felt block (40) projects out of the axis (20) and rests on the bore (17) elastically. The roller (15) is positioned axially on the hollow axis (20) by means of two securing components (30).
