[origin: EP0803238A2] An arm (4) slewing at one end on the base body (2) that has a first sprocket (10), whilst there is a second sprocket (8) firmly connected to a rotary support plate (6) on the end of the support plate's shaft. The sprockets (10,8) are fixed respectively to the body and the plate and coupled by a toothed belt (12). The sprockets can give a 1:1 velocity ratio or another one, typically 2:1. The arm can have a detachable counterweight and a mounting at opposite ends, together with sprockets, the belt running round them so as to turn the sprocket fixed to the mounting.
