[origin: JPH1080874A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a pressing-out device so as to use it universally quick- responding to the condition in each occasion regardless of a using condition in order to extrude a joint pin formed in various different forms, as well as to reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: An adjusting member consists of an adjusting spindle 5, the adjusting spindle 5 has a turning pin 9 extending in the lateral direction orthogonal to the regulating spindle at its one side end 7, and plural supporting levers 2 furnishing acceptant elements 24 which are formed in different forms are provided. The supporting lever 2 can be connected rotatively to the turning pin 9 selectively and interchangeably.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Auspreßvorrichtung (1) zum Auspressen eines Gelenkzapfens aus einem Lagerauge bestehend aus einem Preßhebel (3) und einem Stützhebel(2), welche miteinander schwenkbar verbunden sind. Der Abstand des Preßhebels (3) und des Stützhebels (2) ist über ein Stellglied (5) voreinstellbar. Zum Auspressen des Gelenkzapfens stützt sich der Stützhebel (2) am Lagerauge ab und der Preßhebel (3) führt gegenüber dem Stützhebel (2) eine durch ein Preßglied (4) bewirkte relative Schwenkbewegung aus und drückt den Gelenkzapfen aus dem Lagerauge. Zum Auspressen von unterschiedlich ausgebildeten Gelenkzapfen und Lageraugen unter unterschiedlichen Einsatzbedingungen ist das Stellglied aus einer Stellspindel (5) mit einem quer verlaufenden Schwenkzapfen (9) gebildet, mit welchem unterschiedliche Stützhebel (2) mit unterschiedlich ausgestalteten Aufnahmeelementen für das Lagerauge wahlweise und austauschbar koppelbar sind. <IMAGE>
