[origin: WO9513735A1] A device (1) adapted to hold one or more bottles or containers upright or inverted. The device is designed to provide a convenient place for storing bottles or containers in circumstances where flat surfaces are unavailable or unpractical, and to provide a means by which the contents of such bottles or containers can be simply dispensed. Essentially the device of the invention comprises a bracket (2, 5) affixable to a substantially vertical structure adapted to support, pivotably, a container holding means (6), wherein the container holding means is adapted to hold a container in a friction fit and allow it to be pivoted (8, 9, 10) between a substantially upright position and an inverted position.
