Abstract (en)
The lock mechanism is mounted on the door and is located inside a housing made from U-section channelling elements. One element (1), attached to the door, is shorter than the full height of the door but is sufficiently long to enclose a common safety mechanism, and is covered by a trim strip in three sections (2a,2b,2c). All of the trim strip sections are made from U-section channelling large enough to fit over the first element (1), and its two outer sections (2b,2c) are able to slide inside the central one (2a). Two additional U-section elements (7,8) attached to the top and bottom of the door act as guides for the ends of the two outer sections of the trim strip. The first element (1) and the central section of the trim strip have holes (4,6,9,4',6',9') for the door handle, lock mechanism and bolts.

L'invention concerne une serrure carénée à plusieurs pênes actionnés simultanément à partir d'un mécanisme commun de sûreté, l'ensemble étant logé à l'intérieur d'un boîtier unique rapportable sur un battant de porte (3), ledit boîtier étant constitué de deux profilés (1, 2) à sections transversales en U, emboîtables dont l'un forme le couvercle de l'autre, le profilé en applique (1) sur le battant de la porte (3) présentant une longueur inférieure à la hauteur du battant de porte (3) mais suffisante pour recevoir au moins le mécanisme de sûreté commun. L'invention consiste en ce que le profilé cache-décor (2) formant couvercle est télescopique, ledit profilé (2) étant constitué d'une partie de profilé centrale (2a) emboîtable sur ledit profilé en applique (1) et de deux parties d'extrémité (2b, 2c) emboîtables sur ledit profilé en applique (1) et pouvant coulisser sous la partie centrale (2a) du profilé cache-décor (2).
