Abstract (en)
The socket includes a number of metal contacts (1), each presenting a self-stripping slot, placed at the rear of a body (6). The contacts are arranged in two parallel linear groups (2,3). The socket cooperates with the pins of a modular jack. Electrical conductor extremities are connected to the socket contacts via two mobile lids (4,5), one for each group of contacts. The two lids can rotate in opposite directions about the same axis (6).

Prise, par exemple téléphonique ou informatique, à connectique intégrée, pour laquelle les contacts de la bouche avant sont repris à l'arrière sur deux rangées parallèles (2, 3) de contacts autodénudants (1). Il est prévu deux poussoirs de rotation rotatifs (4, 5) qui tournent autour d'une ligne située dans l'espace entre ces deux rangées (2, 3). De la sorte, ces deux poussoirs rotatifs (4, 5) se manoeuvrent à l'aide de cliquets (8) qui sont placés à l'extérieur. <IMAGE>
