[origin: EP0806357A1] A heat-forming machine has an assembly (10) transferring blister strips to a conveyer (11) for surrender to a cartoning machine. The transfer assembly has a pickup system (12) with suction pads (13) which can track through a number of different paths. The pickup lifts blister strips from the punch (15). Faulty blister strips are placed in a reject outlet (16) and are replaced by a substitute supply (23) within range of the pickup. The movement path of the suction component may be of a hypocycloidal design.
