Abstract (en)
An installation for the heat treatment of charges, comprising at least one furnace (2) having an opening (4) towards the bottom and a stopper (12) which may be locked on the furnace for closing the opening (4) in the furnace during the treatment of the charges (6) and which may be unlocked and disengaged from the opening during the operations of charging and discharging the charges (6) in the furnace and some means (90) for charging and discharging the charges (6) in the furnace. It also incorporates a manipulation device (44) able to be placed under the furnace (2) by a movement relative to the furnace (2) with respect to the manipulation device or reciprocally, in a manner that it may come to be opposite the opening (4) in the furnace. The manipulation device (44) includes a manipulation mechanism (60) for engaging the stopper (12) in the opening (4) in the furnace (2) and for disengaging it from the opening (4) and some means (62) for receiving the stopper (12) that confines at least laterally the radiation emitted by the stopper (12). Advantageously the means of manipulation (60) are vertically mobile between a first position, in which it supports the stopper (12) in order to allow its locking and unlocking, and a second position in which it places the stopper in the receiving means (62).

L'invention concerne une installation de traitement thermique de charges, comportant au moins un four (2) ayant une ouverture (4) vers le bas, le four (2) comprenant un bouchon (12) qui peut être verrouillé sur le four (2) pour fermer l'ouverture (4) du four lors du traitement des charges (6) et qui peut être déverrouillé et dégagé de l'ouverture du four lors d'opérations de chargement et de déchargement des charges dans le four, et des moyens de chargement et de déchargement du four (90). L'installation se caractérise en ce qu'elle comprend en outre un dispositif de manipulation (44) susceptible d'être placé sous le four (2) par un mouvement relatif du four par rapport audit dispositif de manipulation ou réciproquement, de sorte qu'il puisse venir en regard de l'ouverture du four, ledit dispositif de manipulation comprenant des moyens de manipulation (60) pour engager ledit bouchon (12) dans l'ouverture du four et l'en dégager, et des moyens de réception (62) du bouchon qui confinent au moins latéralement le rayonnement émis par le bouchon. <IMAGE>
