Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0806624A1] The transporting container (10) has a tubular shell (16) to which the container bottom (20) is fixed, and a removable cover. The tubular shell is made with longitudinal intended break points (38), distributed uniformly round the circumference and running in the axial direction of the shell. The tube shell has external stacking bars (46). These extend over the entire length of the shell, and are arranged in the circumferential direction of the intended break points and distributed uniformly round the circumference. The longitudinal break points may be built on the inner surface (36) of the tubular shell. The stacking bars may be built from angled profiles provided with ventilation holes (52).
