[origin: WO9622072A1] In media for treating keratinous structures the problem often arises that certain active agents are incompatible with other components of the medium. With oil-soluble active agents which are incompatible with a component of the aqueous phase, these problems are solved in that the medium is in the form of a 2-phase system which can be rapidly mixed by mechanical action.
