[origin: WO9721060A1] The invention relates to the technical field of drying out buildings, parts of buildings and/or fixed structures, including those outside buildings, in order to remove moisture associated with construction work or outside influence with the aid of high-frequency radiation. According to the proposed solution, resonator elements (4) are arranged in the vicinity of the building material (1) to be dried. The resonator elements fulfil the function of oscillation emitters and are linked via waveguides (3) to a magnetron (2) which acts as a generator of high-frequency electromagnetic waves. The radiation is subsequently emitted via this arrangement. The resonator elements (4) can be in either a fixed or movable configuration. In further embodiments of the invention, the resonator elements (4) are incorporated into the building material (1) when the latter is installed and remain there once the drying is finished.
