[origin: EP0807451A2] The two belts for across the stomach and shoulder intersect inside the holder-plate (10) which has at least one slit-shaped overlap-passage (20,21) for the two belts. At least one of the two belts overlaps the other only partially. The slit is stepped with the wider part where the two belts overlap. One or more first slit-shaped passages (11a-c) for the first belt, and one or more slit-shaped passages (12a-c) for the second belt and or one or more further overlap passages for both belt are contained in the holder plate.
