Abstract (en)
The tea bag (1) is so arranged next to the string (11) stored on a roll (12) or similar and tensioned by adjustable grip tongs (13) gripping its free end that the string runs at the level of the recesses (3,4) of the bag. Through each of the recesses axially vertical to the string a catchment needle (21,22) is inserted, which with its ends (23,24) formed as eyelets picks up the string. The grip tongs are then opened and through each of the recesses the string by means of the needle is fed in the form of a loop. Finally, the needle is so far removed from the bag that the two ends (11',11'') of the string are drawn through the recesses and the string in the area between the recesses of the bag locate on it on the side turned away from the needle.

Nach einem Verfahren zur Abringung eines Fadens (11) an einem Aufgußbeutel (1) ist vorgesehen, dessen gefaltetes Kopfteil (2) mit zwei Ausnehmungen (3, 4) zu versehen und den Aufgußbeutel (1) derart neben dem gespannten Faden (11) anzuordnen, daß dieser in Höhe der Ausnehmungen (3, 4) verläuft. Sodann wird durch jede der Ausnehmungen (3, 4) eine Fangnadel (21, 22) hindurchgeführt, die den Faden (11) aufnehmen, der daraufhin abgelängt wird und mittels der Fangnadeln (21, 22) jeweils in Form einer Schlaufe (17, 18) durch die Ausnehmungen (3, 4) hindurchgeführt wird. Letztlich werden die Fangnadeln (21, 22) so weit von dem Aufgußbeutel (1) entfernt, daß die beiden Enden des Fadens (11) durch die Ausnehmungen (3, 4) gezogen werden und der Faden (11) auf der den Fangnadeln (21, 22) abgewandten Seite an dem Aufgußbeutel (1) anliegt. Durch diese Verfahrensweise kann der Faden (11) maschinell am Kopfteil (2) des Aufgußbeutels (1) befestigt werden, ohne daß mechanische Klammern oder Fremdstoffe notwendig sind. <IMAGE>
