Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0807721A2] The fitting comprises a housing (1) with a sealing ring (9) and a submersed pipe (20) forming part of a siphon trap and projecting into a housing section with an overflow. This housing section is formed by a siphon trap cup (23) which is fitted into the housing and locked in an operating position by the submersed pipe. After removal of the pipe, the cup is movable within the housing interior. Part of the outer surfaces of the pipe are adapted to some of the inner surfaces of the siphon trap cut, during insertion.
