Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9624474A1] The invention concerns a cutting station (10) for cutting a plastically deformable material strip which is continuously fed on a line (14) of contiguous bottom-half moulds (12) of equal length into individual shaped parts at the ends of the bottom-half moulds (12). At least one cutting device (28) is mounted on a sliding carriage (20) which can be moved in a reversible manner. During the cutting operation, the bottom-half moulds (12) are guided by guide components (50, 52, 54). In order to provide a cutting station of the initially-mentioned type, which can be rapidly re-equipped for differently shaped parts, in particular for concrete roofing tiles of different shapes, the cutting device (28) is mounted on an intermediate frame (26) which can be secured to the sliding carriage (20). The guide components (50, 52, 54) are mounted on an adapter (46) which can be secured to the cutting station (10). Advantageously, the intermediate frame can be positioned on the sliding carriage (20) and the adapter (46) can be positioned at the cutting station (10) via fitting components.
