Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0808586A1] The procedure consists of joining one surface of a first layer (1) with the aid of a binding agent to one surface (6) of the base (3) of a second layer (2) which is permeable and has free loops (4) projecting from its other surface (7). The loops, or at least their outer surfaces, are made from a material which has a very low or zero adhesion capacity in relation to the binding agent, while the materials of the first layer (1) and/or the base (3) of the second layer (2) have a good adhesion capacity with the binding agent. The first layer and the base of the second layer can be joined together by thermal fusion; in that case the binding agent is formed by the fusion products which, on cooling, form an integral part of the structure of the first layer and base of the second one. The first layer and the base of the second are made from polypropylene or a polyolefin derivative, while the loops are polyamide, polyester or a polymer derivative.
