Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0808622A2] The combination cabin for steam and sauna baths has seats or benches at various heights on which the whole body of the user can be supported within a bathing room (31). An air heating arrangement (14) is provided within a heating chamber (3). The hot air supply or the heating chamber can be separated from the bathing room and reconnected to it by means of controllable air flaps (7,10-13,13b). If required the separation can be only partial. The flaps can alter the air supply from convection to warm air jets. The construction of the cabin is made from waterproof and frost proof materials which are robust and long lasting. Disinfection of the cabin occurs when the temperature is increased to over sixty degrees .
