Abstract (en)

A mobile support for a hose reel consists of two supporting arms (19a) which can be moved between a loading/unloading position in which the reel rests on the ground and a transport position in which it is raised. Each arm has an anchoring point (18a) to receive the reel while it is rolling on the ground and a retaining member (24a) to hold the reel on the anchoring point while the arms are being raised or lowered. The anchoring point on each arm is in the form of an axle which engages horizontally with a side fork (17) on the reel, and the retaining member is in the form of a claw on the end of the arm. During the lifting mode the retaining members hold the reel in a position which ensures its automatic loading onto the vehicle at the end of its travel.

Abstract (fr)

<IMAGE>
