Abstract (en)

The spray coating device has a rotatable spray jet body (32) with a jet opening (34) at its front end and a HV electrode (18) for charging the fluid shortly in front of the jet opening. The jet body is rotated relative to the main body (2) of the device about a rotation axis (4) extending in the main spray direction of the jet opening via a turbine wheel drive (20,26,28) with pressurised air jets (20) coupled to a pressurised air line.

Elektrostatische Sprühbeschichtungsvorrichtung mit einem Sprühdüsenkörper (32), welcher derart geformt ist, daß an ihrer Sprühöffnung (34) ein Versprühen oder Zerstäuben des Beschichtungsfluides stattfindet. Der Sprühdüsenkörper (32) ist drehbar angeordnet, so daß die versprühten Fluidpartikel radial nach außen getrieben werden und sich dadurch in der versprühten Fluidwolke gleichmäßig verteilen. <IMAGE>
