[origin: EP0808952A1] The present invention relates to a device for coupling faucet assemblies to sanitary articles (2) such as wash-basins, lavabos, bidets, bath-tubs and the like which comprises a fitting body or base (1) which can be coupled to a sanitary article (2) and to a wall and being connected to cold water and warm water supply ducts. The body is provided with seats for sealing coupling connecting fitting elements in turn engageable in coupling seats defined on the body of a faucet or driving and adjusting block which can be arranged on and fixed to the fitting body. <IMAGE>
