[origin: EP0808958A2] The hanger has a horizontal flange surface with two side edges (4,5). It has a central piece which is connected to a horizontal side plate (7) on each side. The plates lie on the flange surface, and each have a first fastening tongue which is folded through 180 degrees from a first side edge (7a) of the plate, in order to accept an associated side edge of the flange. The folds on the two plates lie diametrically opposite one another. A second fastening tongue (12) is connected to each side plate on a second side edge (7b), which lies opposite the first side edge, and which can be folded through 180 degrees around an associated side edge of the flange.
