[origin: EP0808961A2] The blind has a hinged arm which is arranged on a supporting tube (2). The tube can be fixed to a wall using fastening brackets which have an arrangement for adjusting the inclination of the tube relative to them, in order to adjust the slope of the blind. Each tube may have a holder (12), which overlaps a mounting section (16) on each bracket. This section may be curved, and the tube may be tensioned relative to it, in order to set or adjust its slope. The inside of the tube may lie against the section, and its outside may be acted upon by a tensioning screw.
