[origin: EP0809946A2] The clothing (10,20) comprises a set of two pieces, which are worn over each other. The cut and size of each piece of clothing is conventional, and each has layers of aramid fibres (1), located between outer fabric (2) and lining (3). The clothing may be a combination of cloak, coat, jacket, waistcoat, trousers, and-or shirt. The aramid fibre layers may also be incorporated in suitable small leather items, eg. purses, wallets (30), belts, etc., or in other small accessories, eg. scarves, hats, caps, hoods, ties, etc.
