[origin: EP0810155A1] The machine (1) has a handgrip (6) and an operating lever (7), which is moved from rest to working position against a helical spring (8). The helical spring has units to adjust its resistance. The unit comprises a length-adjustable element fastened to the end of the spring. The element is positioned coaxially to the spring axis, and has a thread, which meshes with a nut (10). Nut and-or thread are azimuthal adjustable.
