[origin: EP0811439A2] The press has the sheet material (39) moved and held between two pairs of transport rollers and with an array of stamps over the sheet and an array of holes in a support bed under the sheet. The hole pattern is selected by the position of sliders which connect the stamps to the press. The sliders move transverse to the feed direction of the sheet. The pattern of holes is selected to provide a particular pattern.
