Abstract (en)
The electromagnet/solenoid has a housing Ä18Ü within which a coil Ä2Ü wound on a former Ä1Ü is located. At the centre of the coil is a core Ä3Ü and armature (4). The ends of the coils are brought out to a pair of metal connector blades Ä7Ü. The blades are embedded in the housing and connect with the ends of round pins Ä5Ü that are connected to the ends of the coils. The coil ends are wound and soldered to the pins. The pins are a press fit into shaped holes in the connector blades.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Magnetspule sowie ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten: die Enden eines Spulendrahtes eines Spulenkörpers werden automatisch auf je einem Kontaktstift angewickelt, die Kontaktstifte werden zur Entlastung des angewickelten Spulendrahts tiefer in den Spulenkörper eingedrückt, der angewickelte Spulendraht wird tauchgelötet, auf die Kontaktstifte werden Anschlußzungen derart aufgesteckt, daß einerseits eine elektrische Verbindung zum Kontaktstift und andererseits eine Reltaivbeweglichkeit der Anschlußzungen in Längsrichtung der Kontaktstifte gewährleistet ist, und die Magnetspule wird mit Kunststoff ummantelt. <IMAGE>
