The solenoid actuator has a soft magnetic housing Ä1Ü on to which an excitation coil Ä7Ü is wound on to a former Ä9Ü. The former is of a polyamide plastic and has a ringed shaped section Ä9aÜ for guiding the armature. A gap Ä15Ü is formed by the armature counter piece that locates against the shoulder Ä9bÜ. Set into the end of the housing is a guide bush Ä11Ü that is used to provide a low friction support for the armature pin Ä3Ü. For his purpose the bush is produced with a surface coating of PTFE.

Der Hubmagnet weist ein weichmagnetisches Gehäuse (1) auf, in welchem eine Erregerspule (7) auf einen Spulenkörper (9) gewickelt ist. In einer axialen Durchgangsöffnung des Spulenkörpers (9) ist ein bei Bestromung der Erregerspule (7) entlang einer Mittenachse (X) des Spulenkörpers (9) in Richtung eines Ankergegenstückes (5) verschiebbarer Anker (3) angeordnet. Das Ankergegenstück (5) ist zwischen eine Schulter (9b) des Spulenkörpers (9) und das Gehäuse (1) eingeklemmt angeordnet. <IMAGE>
