[origin: EP0812626A2] An atomiser consists of a chamber (12) in the shape of a bellows which is compressed by hand to produce an air flow, and a housing (20) with a mixing chamber (60) linked to the bellows chamber, and holders (72) for cartridges (74) containing the product to be atomised and dispensed. The cartridges are connected through passages to the mixing chamber, which has an outlet for the atomised product, and the air enters the bellows chamber through an aperture with a one-way valve (52) which opens to allow air in as the bellows expand and closes when the chamber is compressed.
