Abstract (en)
The winder consists of a number of mandrels (21, 21') in a housing turning about a fixed support, each connected to a motor shaft (5) in bearings. Each motor has a rotor (32) and a stator (33) and is mounted in an individual frame so that each mandrel, drive shaft and rotor form an separate assembly which is interchangeable and has an axis lying parallel to that of the support. Each motor and mandrel assembly has a flat base which can be mounted on a corresponding platform on the rotary frame, the base and frame being equipped with engaging centering and fixing elements.

L'invention a pour objet une bobineuse à carrousel pour l'enroulement d'un produit en bande, comprenant un bâti (1), monté rotatif autour d'un axe central (10), et au moins deux mandrins d'enroulement (21) montés en porte-à-faux, chacun dans le prolongement d'un arbre de rotation (5) monté rotatif sur deux paliers écartés (51, 52), chaque mandrin (21) étant associé à un moteur (3) comprenant un rotor (32) fixé sur l'arbre (5) du mandrin et un stator (31). Conformément à l'invention chaque mandrin (21), son arbre de rotation (5) avec les deux paliers (51, 52) et le moteur associé (3) forment un ensemble moto-mandrin (2) monté dans un châssis indépendant (6) sur lequel sont fixés le stator (31) du moteur (3) et les deux paliers (51, 52) de centrage de l'arbre (5) portant le rotor (32) et le bâti tournant (1) est muni d'au moins deux organes de support (12, 12'), associés à des moyens amovibles (7) de centrage et de fixation du châssis (6) d'un tel ensemble moto-mandrin (2), dans une position pour laquelle l'axe d'enroulement (20) défini par les paliers (51, 52) est parallèle à l'axe central (10), chaque ensemble moto-mandrin (2) constituant ainsi un module interchangeable. <IMAGE>
