Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0812795A2] The device (10) has two housing parts (12,13) which are hinged together. The housing parts have opposite axle seats (14,15) which are aligned with each other and form a continuous axle channel (16). A holder (17) is provided at the upper and lower ends of the axle channel. The hinge axle between the housing and the holder can coincide with the swivel axis between the housing parts. Alternatively, two headed bolts inserted from opposite ends can form the axle. Locking lugs fitting in mating recesses can be used to hold the housing parts together.
