Abstract (en)
Carrier body for a weft yarn grip and transfer in a gripper loom comprises weft carried through the shed by a grip to be transferred to another grip for the full passage through the shed, and is largely open at the top. One end is shaped to form a gripper point section. The body has a base (5) and two side walls (6,7) to give an upwards guide for the warps (10), on the side towards the reed or fabric. A section (22) of the side wall (7) at the fabric side has an angled shape against the gripper point.

Der Tragkörper (21) ist oben grösstenteils offen und weist einen Bodenteil (5) und zwei Seitenwände (6, 7) auf, um rietseitig und gewebeseitig Hochführungen für die Kettfäden (10) zu bilden. Die gewebeseitige Wandung (7) umfasst einen Abschnitt (22), der gegen die Greiferspitze hin schräg verläuft. Damit wird eine garnschonende Auslenkung von innerhalb des Webfaches nicht korrekt verlaufenden Kettfäden erreicht. <IMAGE>
