Abstract (en)

The monitor has a plastic housing with inlets and outlets for the flow of convection air and contains an electrical heating element. The tubular heating body (6) has two straight sections carrying mains connectors (12) and a spirally wound section with two bends (9,10) in the region of the ends facing away from the connectors and a single bend (11) at a distance from the end facing the connectors. The first two bends are radially displaced from each other, at different distances from the connectors. They and the two straight sections are in parallel planes and the single bend is inclined to these planes.

Bei einem Frostwächter mit einem Zu- und Abluftöffnungen für eine Konvektionsluftströmung aufweisenden Aufnahmegehäuse, insbesondere aus Kunststoff und mit einem elektrischen Heizelement, sind unerwünschte Temperaturspitzen im Aufnahmegehäuse verhindert durch einen Rohrheizkörper (6) mit zwei Netzanschlüssen (12) aufweisenden geraden Abschnitten (6',6'') und einen spiralförmig gewundenen Rohrheizkörperabschnitt mit zwei im Bereich des den Netzanschlüssen (12) abgewandten Endes angeordneten Umlenkbogen (9,10) und einem einzelnen, mit Abstand zu den den Netzanschlüssen (12) zugewandten Ende angeordneten Umlenkbogen (11), wobei sich die beiden Umlenkbogen (9,10) zueinander radial versetzt mit verschieden großen Abständen zu den Netzanschlüssen (12) erstrecken. <IMAGE>
