An impeller (19) located in a blower chamber also acts as a size reduction tool (18). The impeller is located in the pipe (2) behind the air outlet opening (6) when viewed in the direction of air suction flow (37). A closure flap (10) is located in the pipe prior to the air outlet, which closes the air outlet in one end position and the connection to the impeller at the other end position. This closure flap is positioned between the air outlet and the impeller.
