A scaffolding platform consists of the platform itself (1) mounted on two folding lower frames (2, 3) with extending legs (11, 16), one pair of which has wheels (12). At least one of the lower frames has rungs or steps (10, 15, 17) to give access to the platform. The upper end of the lower frames' upright members (9, 14) have upward extensions (24, 25) above their pivots (8, 13) to receive the lower ends of guard rail supports (26, 27), providing rigidity for the lower frames when in the deployed position. Further rigidity is provided by quadrants (18, 19) with curved slots (20, 21) and locking pins to retain the deployed frames.

La plateforme, constituant un petit échafaudage roulant, comprend un plancher de travail (1), aux extrémités duquel sont articulés deux cadres (2,3) repliables portant chacun une paire de pieds réglables (11,16), dont l'une est pourvue de roues (12). Les montants (9,14) des deux cadres (2,3) sont prolongés, au-delà des axes (8,13) d'articulation sur le plancher (1), par des manchons (24,25) tournés vers le haut lorsque les cadres (2,3) sont déployés. Deux garde-corps latéraux (4,5) viennent s'emboîter sur les manchons (24,25), en rigidifiant la structure, la mise en place des garde-corps (4,5) étant obligatoire pour la stabilisation de la plateforme, de sorte que celle-ci n'est pas utilisable sans garde-corps. <IMAGE>
