[origin: EP0814315A1] The rocket comprises an external fairing (12). The fairing has an external rudder (14) with an actuator (22) and a secondary rudder, also with an actuator (24). The second rudder is circumferentially displaced with respect to the first. The second actuator is connected to a positioning member (17) of the rudder via a coupling unit (26). The coupling unit passes through a channel (28).
